Duties Help - Lead and manage one or more enterprise-level human capital programs supporting agency leadership and Centers. - Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the design, implementation, and evaluation of human capital initiatives. - Supervise and guide a team of HR professionals responsible for delivering human capital services across the Agency. - Partner with NASA senior leadership, Center HR offices, and agency stakeholders to develop solutions addressing workforce challenges. - Analyze workforce trends and identify emerging human capital issues affecting the Agency. - Lead enterprise projects and initiatives ...
