PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan and coordinate all events with the Operations team prior to aircraft arrival - Build work packages based on sales quote prior to aircraft arrival - Collaborate with Quoting to ensure proper billing is associated with the Work Order - Update input dates/hours for capacity planning purposes - Research and gather all technical data required to complete scheduled maintenance events - Ensure a smooth handoff from Sales to Operations - Research all parts for pre-order prior to aircraft arrival - Coordinate all outside services prior to aircraft arrival - Coordinate with Accounting for payment requirement dates - Coordinate with ou...
