Would you like to join our dedicated team providing luxury helicopter charter and management? As a Flight coordinator you will serve as a central point of contact for the Helicopter Flight Operations. You will interact with the department manager, executives, employees, and customers while providing the highest degree of customer service, confidentiality, and attention to detail. You will execute all aspects of flight scheduling, office administration, Weather, FAA regulation and company policies and procedures, to include that of AAG, oversight of department staff scheduling, as well as assist in the assignment of aircraft and the overall schedule.
