Employee Development Analyst

Department: 815 Human Resources Location: Cleveland, OH The Employee Development Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions, improve employee engagement, optimize talent management, and enhance overall organizational performance. This role involves analyzing data, developing predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to the business. The Employee Development Analyst will work closely with key systems to create reports and dashboards and collaborate across departments to ensure data supports the company's workforce strategies and goals.
